Films have always played a pretty big role in the development of the consciousness of many. They have been known to take on so many different topics and often do not swerve from depicting harsh realities. As such, films deserve respect and careful study.

This is something that we aim to do with each published article that aim to make.

You’re tuning in with Recovery Street Film Festival. We are a publication that aims to discover the roots of films, filmmaking, and the eventual bloom that it has experienced and flourished into today. Many of us carry a rapt interest and fixed affection for films in general.

It is our goal to utilize the first-hand experience of our writers to build articles that will give our readers something to think about and something to learn from. Our writers all come from film roots and have much of their professional lives entangled with films in general. We have much to talk about and we are quite excited to get started!
